Scope and use

These Terms of Use are provided by Muzira Labs LLC (“Muzira Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for this website and the Gaston by Muzira Labs plugin. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

You may use the website and Gaston for lawful purposes consistent with these terms and the rules of the platform through which you access them. Do not use them to infringe another person’s rights, obtain unauthorized access, interfere with services, or facilitate unlawful or harmful conduct.

These terms do not govern separately accessed Muzira Labs apps or products that have their own terms.

Gaston and responsible wine guidance

Gaston provides AI-assisted wine education, preference exploration, bottle comparisons, food pairing ideas, and purchase planning. It is intended only for adults of legal drinking age in their location. Do not use Gaston to help an underage person obtain or consume alcohol, evade alcohol laws, or encourage unsafe consumption.

Gaston is not a medical service. Its responses are not medical advice or a statement that drinking alcohol is safe or beneficial for any individual. You remain responsible for your decisions and for following applicable laws.

AI output and verification

AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Taste is personal, and recommendations do not guarantee that you will enjoy a wine. Independently verify important details, including bottle identity, vintage, ingredients and allergens, prices, stock, delivery coverage, and purchase restrictions.

Gaston’s capabilities depend on the host platform, available tools, and information supplied. Do not assume that a recommendation has been purchased, reserved, or added to an external account.

Platforms, retailers, and purchases

ChatGPT and other third-party services are operated by their respective providers. Their account requirements, charges, terms, and privacy policies apply separately. Muzira Labs does not control those services or guarantee their availability.

The current Gaston plugin does not sell alcohol, collect payment, or place orders. If you purchase from a retailer, you transact with that retailer under its terms. Confirm age requirements, prices, taxes, shipping, delivery, returns, and cancellations with the seller before buying.

Your content and our work

Only provide content you have the right to use and share. These terms do not transfer ownership of your inputs to Muzira Labs or change the host platform’s terms concerning inputs and outputs.

Muzira Labs and its licensors retain their rights in the website, branding, plugin instructions, and reference materials. Permission to use the service does not grant ownership of that underlying work or permission to represent it as your own.

The website and Gaston are provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free output, or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

We may update the website, Gaston, or these terms as the work evolves. Revised terms will be posted here with an updated effective date. Please review them before continuing to use the service after an update.
